To look after a car, it makes sense to maintain the entire car. For a computer to work properly, the screen is just as important as the power source and memory.
The same is true of a person. All aspects of our wellbeing are equally important, and need to be in balance if we are to experience The Juicy Effect. Physical, Mental, Emotional and Spiritual health and vitality are equally important. It’s like an orchestra, when the individual instruments are blended together in the right way – the synergy that occurs is powerful.
The thing is, it is so easy to fall into the trap of focusing too much on one particular area. Some people will tell you that exercise is the most important (too much exercise can be very acidic for the body). Others will say that Emotional Intelligence is the secret to wellbeing (emotions are triggered by all sorts of things). Meditation and mindfulness is a necessary addition according to others, and others will highlight the virtues of connecting to things that really matter (like having a Purpose).

We believe that everyone is right, and wrong, at the same time. It is simple. You can achieve a much higher level of wellbeing than you may currently believe is possible by doing a bit in each area, regularly. This is how to achieve your Wellness Potential.
It all matters. It is all about balance. It is all about that feeling of joy that arises when you are in the flow and you feel physically, mentally and emotionally fantastic. It is all about havingincreased energy and vitality and a greater ability to handle the stressors of day-to-day life.
