Shamanism teachers us that it is our birthright to be ‘Powerfilled’ – to live from a place empowerment. When we are able to hold our energy and therefore our power we are living in alignment with our True Self.
It is from this place that we embody the knowing that we have everything we need within us to create a life that is aligned with our heart.
Power can only be lost as it was there to begin with. The return of power is far different from reaching for power that we never had. This is power that is rightfully yours. Through life experiences this power is either taken from us, lost, or neglected so it leaves us. But his power is rightfully yours and no one elses. You will be reclaiming that which is rightfully yours.
The intention for this workshop is that you will call back power that is rightfully yours and align yourself in a deeper way with your TrueSelf.
This will involve…
A Shamanic Journey to meet a Power Animal which would like to work with you at this time to support you in stepping into your power in a deeper way. You will learn about its gifts which are your gifts.
A somatic practice for allowing the energy of your power animal to move through you which allows you to further integrate the gifts and the power that are rightfully yours
Shadow work to reclaim parts of you that are important for your personal power.
Forgiveness healing meditations around the misuse of power.
Healing energy meditations to balance chakras and cultivate a strong foundation for allowing a deeper expression of your power.
Group hypnotherapy session for being power-filled
Shamanic Practices for setting intentions, grounding and integration
Personal Reflection exercises/journaling prompts
You will be provided with instructions on how to continue to integrate the practices after you leave
How much does it cost?
