Energy Mastery “New Beginnings” Retreat

This retreat is focused on healing by learning and embodying self healing energy practices.  The focus is on transformation while being held in a space where you are truly cared for.

You will learn how to:

  • Strengthen your energetic boundaries to support you in keeping your energy field clear

  • Working with the spirits of trees to support deep healing

  • Working with energetic boundaries and healthy boundaries in relationships

  • Work with power animals as a mirror of your own power

  • Reparent your inner child for self love and healing

  • Learn how to work with your unconscious mind to bring it into alignment with what you consciously want.

  • Daily morning Yoga class

During the retreat you will be guided through shamanic practices, group hypnotherapy, healing chakra meditations as well as learning how to work with the energy of your field.

Who is the facilitator?

This retreat will be facilitated by Sharon Marie Keating, certified energy healer, hypnotherapist, kinesiology practitioner and Ayurvedic Lifstlyple practitioner.  She is known for both her deep healing work and her ability to create and hold a transformational,  safe, nurturing, space for healing.   You can read some reviews about Sharon here. Where is it held?

The Juicy Effect Training Centre is the venue for this retreat, nestled in the jungle and provides a nourishing healing environment to support your transformation. Click here for google maps location.

Will I have time to do anything else?

You will finish each day between 4pm and 5pm.   You will have your evenings free offering plenty of time to see the sites or enjoy the range of spa options.  We will provide suggestions.

What is NOT included?

  • Accommodation is not included.  We provide options for accommodation within walking distance across a range of budgets.  There is a beautiful rice fields walk within 5 minutes walk of the venue and there are a range of options for accommodations along this walk.

  • All meals except for morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea.

  • Transfers to/from accommodation.

  • Any additional consultations or sessions booked with our practitioners. (retreat discounts available).
